1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy explains how FLIGHTMODEGAMES INC (“we”, “us”) handles information in RoadRush, including its current test application named FMG Vehicle Lab, on Android and iOS. It also covers support and testing feedback concerning this game.

The policy describes the current testing version. A later version with different data practices will require an updated policy and any notices or choices required by applicable law.
2. Information stored on your device
The game supports a device-local profile or guest entry. It stores a generated local profile identifier, your chosen nickname, avatar selection, game preferences and settings on your device. Match replays and technical diagnostic files may also be stored locally.
The current profile setup does not require an external account or an email address. A local profile identifier is not the same as a verified online account.
Do not use your real name or sensitive personal information as a public nickname. Local replays may contain information about the match and its participants; consider that information before sharing replay files.
3. Online multiplayer
Online play uses Photon networking services provided by Exit Games / Photon. Establishing a connection and running a match involves processing connection information, including IP addresses, player and session identifiers, selected region, match configuration and gameplay inputs/state needed for the multiplayer service and reconnections.
Your chosen nickname, avatar and information about your participation and performance may be visible to other participants during a match, in results or in a replay. Player/session identifiers may also be exchanged as part of the multiplayer protocol. Online play is therefore not a mode in which all information remains on your device.
We use this information to connect participants, find and maintain matches, restore connections, operate the game reliably and investigate technical or security problems. You can choose offline play where available instead of joining online matches.

4. Feedback and support
The test application can prepare a feedback report and open your device’s email application or mail composer. You decide whether to send the message. Preparing a report is not the same as automatically sending its attachments to us.
A report may include your nickname, written comments, screenshots, technical logs, driving diagnostics, application version, device model, operating system, hardware characteristics, language and display settings, network status, performance/memory information and battery or thermal information. The exact contents depend on the report and the files included.
When you send a message, we receive your sender email address, message and attachments. The current in-game tester reporting address is feedback@flightmode.games. Privacy requests should be sent to support@flightmode.games.
We use reports and support correspondence to answer requests, investigate defects, improve reliability and protect the service. Please remove unrelated personal information and do not include passwords or payment details.
5. Advertising, payments and device access
The current test version is free and has no advertising or active real-money purchases. Plans for future monetization do not mean those features are active in this version.
The current gameplay does not require access to your contacts, microphone, camera or precise device location. Screenshots taken inside the game are game captures, not camera recordings. Network providers still process connection information when you use online features.
6. Service providers and disclosure
Information is processed by the networking and communication providers needed to deliver the relevant features, including Photon for online sessions and email providers for messages you choose to send. Apple and Google operate app distribution, testing and platform services under their applicable privacy notices.
We may disclose information when necessary to meet a legal obligation, respond to a valid legal request, or protect users and the service against abuse or security threats. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-application targeted advertising in the current test version.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate safeguards must be in place. Contact us for information about providers and applicable transfer arrangements relating to your request.
7. Storage and deletion
Device-local profile information and settings remain until reset, removed using available controls, or deleted with the app’s local data through your operating system. On Android, clearing app storage removes local application data. On iOS, deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app is not the same as deleting its data. Operating-system backups and copies you export or share may remain separately.
Online session information is processed for multiplayer and reconnection purposes. Ending a match does not necessarily immediately delete connection or security logs retained by service providers.
We retain support correspondence and diagnostic material only for as long as needed to handle the request, investigate related problems and meet applicable legal or security requirements. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or de-identified. Any legally required retained information is restricted to the relevant purpose. Provider and backup retention may differ from active operational storage; contact us about information relating to you.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You can choose whether to use online features and whether to send support reports. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information held by us, or to exercise other applicable privacy rights, write to support@flightmode.games with the subject “RoadRush privacy request”. Include enough information to locate the relevant profile, match or correspondence, but do not send passwords or identity documents unless a proportionate verification method has been agreed.
Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, receive a portable copy of certain information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and complain to a competent data protection authority. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing already lawfully performed.
Where applicable, information is processed to provide the service you request, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure game and answering support requests. Where consent is legally required, it must be obtained before the relevant processing; merely using the game is not blanket consent to unrelated collection.
9. Younger users
The current game is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. Younger players may need a parent or guardian’s involvement or authorization under local law. We do not knowingly collect children’s information in violation of applicable law. If you believe such information has been provided to us, contact support@flightmode.games so the situation can be investigated and the information removed where required.
10. Security, website and policy changes
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
This page is hosted on our company website using Wix. Website hosting, cookies and any website analytics are separate from the game’s data flows and should be explained in the website’s applicable privacy/cookie notices and controls. Reading this policy should not require creating an account or accepting optional tracking.
